BackCare highlights importance of posture on GMTV
To coincide with Chiropractic Awareness Week, GMTV will broadcast an item on back pain and posture on Tuesday 14th April. BackCare has been working with the GMTV team on highlighting the importance of posture and physical activity in preventing and managing back pain.
The programme will contain an introduction by BackCare's head of research & policy, Dr Dries Hettinga, on how posture affects us in every day life and what we can do to improve our posture and back health.
