| 12th May | Social evening Come along for an enjoyable social evening which will give you opportunity to get to know other members of the group. We will be playing Scats which is the big brother to Beetle. This is a thrilling and exciting game. It will be laughs all around as usual. |

| 9th June | Sleep Apnoea – what is it? It is a sleeping disorder and many people do not even know they have the condition. Come along to the meeting and hear more about it in an informal and friendly group. A sleep Apnoea sufferer will demonstrate the use of a CPAP machine that allows the sufferer to get a restful night’s sleep. You can also try the machine to see how it feels to wear the mask. |

| 14th July | A night at the races The races are on a screen, so it doesn’t matter if you don’t like horses. Come dressed as for Ascot. Light refreshments will be provided but bring your own champagne. |

| 11th August | Croquet and Petanque Please try to dress as befits the occasion. Cucumber sandwiches and other light snacks will be served, so ring Beryl if you want to attend, so we know how many to cater for. If wet we will have a ‘Wii’ tournament, so still turn up. No experience preferable. 6.00pm Report |

| 8th September | Holiday Photo, DVD etc. of memorable (or not!) holidays. A laptop and projector will be available, so bring any format, memory card, memory stick etc. | |
| 13th October | Maximise your Memory How does it work? Why does it stop working? Learn how to improve your memory by using simple techniques. Speaker John Fewings |
