BackCare's branch in Staffordshire (West Midlands)
West Midlands branch meets every first Wednesday of each month (except January). We welcome anyone who suffers with their back, or any other skeletal or muscular problem, we offer support, information and advice. A selection of books and leaflets regarding pain management and exercises are available for members to borrow. Admission to meetings is £1 which includes tea, coffee and biscuits.
