BackCare's Helpline is also available by email.
The quickest way of finding an answer to your query is to browse our website (have you tried a search in the box on the top right hand side of this page or our library?). However if you can’t find what you are looking for or if you have a very specific query, you can use our email answer service.
You should note however that sometimes it is easier (and faster) to speak to someone, particularly if you are considering a number of options. Please call our Helpline on 0845 130 2704.

Confidentiality
We will treat all information you give to the Helpline volunteers confidentially and we will not use the information you provide for any other purpose. In some cases we may want to use case studies for inclusion in the charity's publications, but if we do so we always first ask for permission from the person in question.

Our Helpline volunteers have the right to be respected in the work they do for the BackCare Helpline and if we feel that a caller does not respect this, we will take the appropriate action.
