BackCare has a number of local support groups, across the UK. The activities of these branches vary widely, but they have one thing in common: all members are people affected by back pain and their local BackCare branch acts as a point of support, information and understanding.
Some BackCare branches organise weekly exercise or hydrotherapy sessions, others have regular talks about back pain related matters. A number of branches are involved in fundraising activities, while others raise awareness on back pain related topics in their area. A full list of BackCare’s local branches is provided below. If you would like to join a local BackCare branch, click on the branch nearest to you and contact the relevant person.
