BackCare's branch in Berkshire (Reading)
The Reading Branch of BackCare runs two hour-long Hydrotherapy sessions every Tuesday evening at the Pulse8 Health & Fitness Club, situated in Sindlesham, near Reading. These sessions are supervised by two fully trained physiotherapists and, whilst primarily therapeutic, they are also entertaining and fun. You will have to be enrolled as a member of the Reading Branch to take part in these sessions and details of membership may be obtained from either of the above persons.
In addition to the hydrotherapy sessions, the branch meets socially at least twice a year for an evening meal and get-together.
